Motorbike Display by the The Widows Sons – Durham Chapter at the Raby Gala Saturday 2nd July 2016

Whatever your preference old or new, Harley Davidson or Triumph, The Widows Sons Durham Chapter will be displaying their prized bikes at this year’s Raby Gala.

The Durham Chapter of The Widows Sons of Great Britain was formed on 1st January 2015 by members of Freemasons Lodges within the Province of Durham. The first Chapter of The Widows Sons was founded in the United States of America in 1999. The association quickly grew in popularity and spread across the States and into Canada. The Widows Sons arrived in Great Britain in 2004 formed by a group of Masons in the Nottinghamshire area and since, have grown substantially and now cover most of the UK. Chapters of The Widows Sons have also spread across Europe.

The Widows Sons raise funds through donations, organised events and social activities to support Masonic charities. They raise awareness of Freemasonry within our community and assist neighboring provinces and national chapters of The Widows Sons in their endeavors to encourage growth and prosperity within our fraternity. Above all Durham Masonic Motorcyclists combine their passion for biking and enthusiasm for Freemasonry to promote both within the Province of Durham.

If you want to find out more please visit the Chapter web site at: www.dmmwidowssons.org
Better still visit their stand on the day, they will be delighted to see you.
