The Gala Committee, invite your Lodge to participate in the forthcoming Raby Gala, which as you are no doubt aware will be held at Raby Castle on the 2nd of July 2016, this, once again, due to the generous patronage of The Lord Barnard, TD.
The Gala will, I am sure, provide another great event in the Provincial Calendar and its emphasis will be directed towards being a “Family & Fun Day”. It will be a wonderful chance to promote your Lodge and also raise funds for our 2021 Festival for the Royal Masonic Trust for Girls and Boys.
I would therefore be grateful if your Lodge would consider holding a stall at the event. The stalls will be issued on a first come first served basis. An early response will be successful in securing not only your pitch but also the type of stall you wish to hold. It would be impracticable to have too many stalls of a like format competing against each other; uniqueness may also guarantee your place!
Please use the form below to assist you in your application to hold a stall. If possible, kindly include a second option should your first choice be unsuccessful. It is hoped that the successful applications will be informed by mid December, this giving your Lodge some six months to prepare for the event.
